At Ibbani, we craft our garments with care, focusing on quality, fit, and timeless design. If you need a different size or experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Exchanges & Returns

• Timeframe: You can request a size exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your package.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Self-Service: Log into your customer account on our website, view your recent order, and click Request Return.

2. Email Support: Alternatively, you can email us at admin@ibbani.co with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Reverse Pickups & Shipping

• Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

• Once the returned garment reaches our studio and passes a quality check, your replacement size or store credit will be dispatched immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective garment or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at admin@ibbani.co. We will arrange a free replacement right away.
